一、凹版印刷

 

1、 Gravure printing

 

塑料薄膜的印刷以凹版印刷工藝為主，用凹版印刷的塑料薄膜具有印刷質量高、墨層厚實、色彩鮮艷、圖案清晰明快、畫面層次豐富、反差適度、形象逼真、立體感強等優(yōu)點。凹版印刷要求各色圖案套準誤差不大于0.3mm，產(chǎn)品同色密度偏差和同批同色偏差等指標符合GB7707-87要求。凹版印刷的印版耐印力強，適于長版活件

柔性版印刷主要利用柔性凸版和快干凸版油墨。其設備簡單，成本低，版材質量輕，印刷時壓力小，版材及機械損耗小，印刷時噪聲小、速度快。柔性版換版時間短、工效高, 柔性版柔軟、有彈性、傳墨性能好, 印刷材料適應面廣，對于印刷小批量的產(chǎn)品成本比凹版印刷低。但柔性版印刷對油墨和版材的要求較高，因此印刷質量比凹版工藝稍遜。

印刷時通過刮板的擠壓，使油墨通過圖文部分的網(wǎng)孔轉移到承印物上，形成與原稿一樣的圖文。
